반려묘 인구가 늘어나면서 고양이 진료에 대한 수요가 증가한 게 주된 원인이에요.
이런 추세라면 앞으로 고양이 전문 병원도 많이 생길 것 같네요.

하지만 단순히 수요 때문에 고양이 진료를 하는 건 바람직하지 않아요.
고양이의 특성을 잘 이해하고 전문성을 갖추는 게 중요합니다.

There’s growing interest in feline clinical education among veterinarians in Korea.
The number of registered vets for KSFM’s “Learn Feline Clinical Practice” course has significantly increased.

This is mainly due to the rising demand for cat medical care as the pet cat population grows.
It’s important for vets to understand cat characteristics and gain expertise, rather than just meeting market demand.
